Brenner Chrysler Jeep

"Outstanding"

I am from MIchigan and purchased a new Jeep Patriot from Brenner under the cash for clunkers program. They had a vehicle with the specific configuration that I was looking for. All of the people at Brenner were fantastic, particularly Ryan Clay, the sales person. I was able to pre-arrange everything form Michigan and then drove to PA and purchased the car on the first day of the clunkers program. I got exactly what I was looking for, and the Brenner group was great. I would definitely buy another car from them.

"Superior customer service!!"

I have been blow away by the level of service we received every time we have been here. When we bought our jeep (used and from a private seller) It had 2 keyless entry remotes, but only one worked. We took it in fully expecting to pay for the second remote, but the sales guy programmed us a new one with just a few minutes wait and didn't charge us at all, said it was covered under the warranty. We have since had 2 other warranty problems and have had great service both times!

I have been to other Chrysler dealerships but none that has been as good as Brenner's. The whole Service staff is the difference because you can't fake caring and at Brenner's they care about me the customer. Great Job done by all you would be CRAZY to go anywhere else to get your vehicle serviced or repaired?.
